Pretty Lake

Pretty Lake Camp provides totally free summer camp to children who can benefit the most from the experience. Each summer, as many as 800 kids embark on the experience of a lifetime where they learn to swim and canoe. They sing songs and play games. They learn about nature and eat food grown right on our very own farm.

And they never pay a penny. In more than 100 years, no family has ever paid to attend our summer camp program. Everything a child needs is provided, from socks to toothpaste to bathing suits.

Pretty Lake brings children who are overcoming a challenge in their lives and sets them against a different backdrop. Pretty Lake is designed to unlock hidden self-confidence, self-awareness, and independence.

We have grown beyond summer camp and also serve more than 5,000 people annually, including children and adults, through year-round programming at our Farm, Adventure Centre, and retreat facilities.
