MRC's mission is to support and encourage individuals living with a disability to achieve their fullest potential through employment, skill building, and active community involvement. We do this through four programs: McKercher, located at 2538 South 26th Street, which provides in-house employment, skills training, and community support; Pathways, 119 West Vine Street, a psychosocial rehabilitation clubhouse which serves individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, BridgeWays, located at 1606 South Burdick Street, which provides case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, and Community Employment, which provides job search and support for individuals with disabilities interested in securing employment in the community.
